Support Coordination

My Kamakan will support you to understand and implement the funded supports in your plan and link you to community, mainstream and other government services. As your support coordinator, we will focus on supporting you to build skills and direct your life as well as connect you to providers.

My Kamakan will assist you to negotiate with providers about what they will offer you and how much it will cost out of your plan. Our Staff will ensure service agreements and service bookings are completed. We will help build your ability to exercise choice and control, to coordinate supports and access your local community.

My Kamakan can also assist you in planning ahead to prepare for your plan review.

My Kamakan will assist you to 'optimise' your plan ensuring that you are getting the most out of your funded supports.

Plan Management

My Kamakan Plan management allows you to have choice and control over the providers you use. You can use NDIS registered or non-registered providers. My Kamakan will negotiate pricing to pay less than the NDIS Price Guide and Support Catalogue and make value for money decisions in line with your plan. My Kamakan will check up regularly on your plan on the my place portal to keep track of your budget and check with you before paying any unfamiliar invoices.

If you choose to be plan-managed, a My Kamakan Plan Manager is funded in your plan. My Kamakan will claim directly from the budgets in your plan to pay your providers on your behalf.

If you choose to use My Kamakan as your Plan Manager, we will:

  • pay your providers for the supports you purchase;
  • help you keep track of your funds;
  • take care of financial reporting for you;

Our Story

We have been working with NDIS clients for a few years now completing extreme cleans through our company Kamakan Forensic Cleaning and our pet hate of these big companies that are servicing NDIS participants is that our clients aren't getting the support or understanding that they want and seem to be having a new support coordinator or plan manager every other week that didn't want to know their story, just believed they knew about their disability and what they would need.

We don't want to tell you what your disability is and what you need. No one is an expert in you except you! We're only here to help you get the support and/or supports you want. We have no preconceived ideas. No disability is the same.

We're a family owned business not a large company that has too many clients to count. We know all our clients by name and we genuinely care, you're not just another number here.
